Delete Your Account

Garagely is operated by Ekantix. If you would like to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you can submit a request using either of the methods below.

How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1 — From inside Garagely (recommended)

Sign in to Garagely — either in the web app or in the mobile app — then go to Settings → Delete Account and choose Request Account Deletion. Confirm the dialog and your request will be submitted immediately.

Option 2 — By email

Send an email to ekantix@gmail.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request. Please include the mobile number or email address associated with your Garagely account so we can locate and remove your data.

What Will Be Deleted

When your deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your garage profile and all business details
• All job cards and vehicle service history
• All invoices and financial records
• Vehicle records
• Staff accounts linked to your garage
• Service reminders and scheduled notifications
• Your login credentials and session data

What Is Retained

We may retain certain records where required by law (for example, financial transaction logs for tax compliance). Any retained data is kept only for the legally required period, then deleted.

Timeline

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation by email once your account and data have been permanently removed.
