Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Garagely. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Garagely.

1. About Garagely

Garagely is a business-to-business (B2B) garage management Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform operated by Ekantix. It is designed for independent garage owners, automotive workshops, and their authorised staff members. Garagely provides tools for managing job cards, invoices, customers, vehicles, service reminders, and business reports.

2. Eligibility & Intended Use

Garagely is intended for use by garage owners and their staff. By creating an account, you confirm that you are operating or working for a legitimate automotive service business. The platform is not intended for end consumers or personal use.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (phone number and PIN). You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ekantix.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all data you enter into the Garagely platform. This includes customer information, vehicle records, job card details, and invoice content. Ekantix is not responsible for errors, omissions, or any consequences arising from data you input.

You must have the necessary rights and consents to enter any personal data about third parties (such as your customers) into the platform.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Garagely is a business software service (SaaS) sold as a subscription to your garage. A subscription covers access to the Garagely platform as a whole — the web application and the mobile applications alike — and is not a purchase of any individual app. Subscription pricing, plan features, and billing terms are as described on our pricing page and communicated to you at the time of purchase or plan selection.

Subscription payments and billing are managed outside the mobile applications, on this website. In-app purchases through the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store are not used for Garagely subscription management. The mobile apps are free to download and are used to sign in to a garage account created and paid for on this website. Plan upgrades, renewals, and any billing enquiries should be directed to us at support@ekantix.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Garagely to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Enter false, fraudulent, or misleading information about customers, vehicles, or services.
  • Interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, its servers, or any connected systems.
  • Use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate garage management operations.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Ekantix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we determine that you have:

  • Violated these Terms or any applicable law.
  • Engaged in misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity on the platform.
  • Engaged in any activity that is illegal or harmful to Ekantix, other users, or third parties.

In the event of a suspension or termination, Ekantix will make reasonable efforts to notify you unless doing so would be unlawful or harmful.

8. Service Availability

Ekantix will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of Garagely. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ekantix and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Garagely.
  • Any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
  • Errors or inaccuracies in data you have entered into the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Garagely shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within Garagely (outside of your own business data) is the property of Ekantix and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Garagely after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
